Genesis NFT Utilities (Revenue Share) Every holder of a Genesis NFT is entitled to a percentage of the Fight Club (PVP) revenue. This revenue is generated from the Fight Club entrance fee (Myth) and the sales of Arena Tokens (in-game currency used for each battle in Fight Club). The percentage allocated to Genesis NFT holders is 50% (Subject to Change) of the net revenue (In-app-purchase deducted by platform transaction fee. Our current transaction platform is Google Play & Xsolla).

  • About Arena Tokens Fee

In Battle of Souls, the Arena Token is your key to extending your run in the Fight Club. If you’ve used up your chances and want to jump back into the action, the Arena Token is the item you need. It allows you to refresh your chances and continue competing in the intense PvP battles. With an Arena Token, you can keep fighting for glory, ensuring that every match brings you closer to victory.

Example:

  • Revenue of Fight Club Season 1: $5000

  • 50% of $5000 = $2500

  • $2500 divided by 500 Genesis NFT holders = $5 per holder for fight club season1

  • Distribution occurs at the end of every Fight Club season.

  • Weekly live updates of the Fight Club revenue report will be provided to Genesis NFT holders, with one update per week (SUN-SAT) every Monday 05.00 PM UTC+07.00 by the latest.

  • Rewards will be distributed maximum 30 days after wallet address verification.

    • Phase 1: Revenue Share Announcement (3-7 Days after the Fight Club season end)

    • Phase 2: Wallet Address Verification

    • Phase 3: Distribution

This SLA ensures transparency and fairness in the distribution of utilities and revenues associated with Genesis NFTs.
